Where will you deliver a rental machine?
Bad Bettys proudly serves the greater Oklahoma City metro area, including Moore, Norman, Tuttle, Newcastle, Mustang, Yukon, Edmond, Choctaw, Tinker AFB, Midwest City, Del City and surrounding areas. Deliveries to other locations not listed above are available, but may require an additional delivery fee determined by distance. Contact us for details.
How do I reserve a rental machine?
Call us at 405-625-6768 and we will get you all set up. A $25 non-refundable deposit is due at the time the reservation is made.
How far in advance should I reserve my machine?
During peak times like Super Bowl, Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, OU/Texas weekend, Halloween, Christmas season and NewYears Eve, we recommend that reservations be made as far in advance as possible.
Where do I go to pick up a Frozen Drink Machine?
You don't have to leave the house. We bring everything to you (except the alcohol).
When is the machine picked up?
Pick up times will be scheduled when the reservation is made and confirmed at the time of delivery.
How much alcohol do I need?
This varies on the type of drink you are having please refer to our page for alcohol requirements. Please note that all alcohol must be supplied by the customer. Bad Bettys does not sell or supply any alcohol.
What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Cash & Checks. Credit Card payments can currently be made through Paypal. Contact us for details.
How early should I start the machine?
Depending on the starting temperature of the liquid and the temperature of the location where the machine is, it could take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour for the first batch of drinks to be ready.
How do I clean the machine?
YOU DON’T - WE DO! When you are finished with your party, drain any leftover beverage that you want to keep, unplug the machine and you’re done. We will do the rest.
Can these machines be used for kids parties?
Absolutely!! Kids love our frozen drink machines and we have a lot of flavors that kids just love.
What kinds of mix flavors are available?
Visit our page for a list of available mixes. If the mix you want is not listed, email us. We can probably get it .
